This was my entry for :icondianae:'s Fall-themed art contest. [link]

I originally intended to try a simple forest landscape set in Autumn, but somehow winged women or demonic huntresses just seem to work their way into all my stuff. I'm looking into therapy.

Really nice colours, I think this wouldn't have so much effect if you hadn't chose the Fall as season, the leaves dying, just like the angel really go well

The composition of images in this one make it extremely effective. The different elements flow together and tell a story without words. The vivid colors add to the intensity of the work. The two deer standing by the slain angel add a sense of sadness, while the demonic huntress approaching from the background implies impending doom (as cheesy as that sounds ^^)

Another very nice piece!
